Description

Electrochemical deburring and sharp-edged deburring machines are suitable for machining parts made of structural, heat-resistant, hardened, magnetic steels and alloys, aluminium and titanium alloys.

Application of such machines is expedient for deburring of tools, machine parts, devices, having complex construction or hard-to-reach places (internal intersections of surfaces, pockets, etc.), or not permitting change of physical and chemical properties of surface layer after treatment.

The composition of the unit

Working chamber

The working chamber of the machine consists of the electrode-tools and the table on which the equipment and the workpiece are positioned. The work chamber prevents the escape of electrolytes from the working area of the machine. For operator access to the work area, the front of the chamber is designed as a door that can be opened manually. The electrical power supply to the working chamber is made to the electrode-tool and to the workpiece via rails located on the rear wall of the chamber.

Constructively, the working chamber consists of the following main functional elements: chamber, chamber cover with handle, table, collector system for electrolyte supply, rails for supplying current to parts and to electrodes, ventilation duct. The working chamber is equipped with a ventilation sensor and illuminated by an LED light at the top of the rear wall. The machine has a flushing and draining valve system.

Control system

The control system is based on a panel with a 10" diagonal touch screen.
The panel is Teflon-coated.
The user-friendly user interface allows a large number of technological programmes to be defined, edited and stored. All operator actions and machine operations can be logged.

Process current generator

The machine utilises a modular inverter generator in DC or pulse current modes. The use of a multi-mode generator allows increased productivity through direct current operation and improved precision through switching to pulsed mode. The short circuit protection is based on special algorithms.

The modular design allows you to quickly increase the generator output and quickly perform repairs by replacing a faulty module.

Electrolyte preparation and storage system

The machine uses a modular inverter generator with DC or pulse current modes. The use of the multimode generator improves productivity through direct current operation and increases precision through switching to pulse mode. The short circuit protection is based on special algorithms.
